BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR INSTRUMENT AND MUSIC HOME ON FRIDAY!
Prior to departure please:
1. Double check that your name is included on the Airfare names list below if you are traveling with our group.
2. Check the bus list to see which bus you have been assigned to. Efforts have been made to keep movement from bus to bus at a minimum.
3. LABEL, LABEL, LABEL!
a. Mark every piece of luggage, back-pack, instrument with a luggage tag. Be sure to include full name and a phone number.
b. With a Sharpee, print your name on your sweatshit and/or jacket(s).
a. Be sure to have WARM clothing. Even if the temperature is up there will still be a significant wind chill.
b. Pack your Carnegie Hall Attire carefully - we need to look great as well as sound great! (think shoes, long black socks, etc...)
5. Activities - we will be doing a lot of walking (hotel to meals, musical, Carnegie Hall) Be prepared.
6. Money for meals - we suggest you plan on spending $15 per breakfast and $20 per lunch and dinner, approximately $165 (including travel days).
